I need to



This is how i need to start thinking, in a positive state of mind.
To help me brush off these feelings i hate.
To move on from you.
To be strong by myself again.



If i'm happy and cheerful people will want to be around me. And i will make people just as happy, by sharing my happiness with them.
If i'm happy i'm not sad, and i'm not thinking about why i'm sad and putting myself even further into this trap or guilt, sadness, worry and just plain un-happiness.
